I wrote about getting the new AC/DC CD Black Ice back on Sunday and it’s just a jamming rocking CD that makes me feel like I am back in 1979 again. But look what I found online this morning at Geekologie!
It’s the AC/DC video Rock and Roll Train made in Microsoft Excel! LOL! Who thinks these things up? It’s not the greatest ever, but I do think I saw a guitar in there once. Go download it now. You have nothing better to do at work today, right?!?!

I had to brave Walmart today so I could get the new AC/DC Black Ice CD. Yes I’m an old skool rocker and I still like to have the CD in my hand and not just on my iPod. After Missy Ward video blogged about it the other day I just knew I had to get it! It’s really old skool AC/DC, and reminds me a lot of Highway To Hell, the greatest rock album in the WORLD!
AC/DC could rock back then, and they are still rocking today! The best $11.99 I’ve spent in months! I posed in front of the promo board at the store for a picture, but I need to swallow down about 4 months worth of alli weight loss pills before those pictures go up on my blog. Yes, I’m superficial like that.

Really. Just once. I’m only asking for this one thing in my life. I want to sit on a bus with all the people I love, and sing this song…just like this. It’s a very small wish.
Who’s coming with me?
P.S. (Happy Birthday Grandma!)

I’ve always wanted to have another baby and name him Julian after one of my favorite songs, Hey Jude. When I was pregnant with my oldest son I fought with his father for close to 6 months, trying to convince him to let me name him Julian. Obviously I lost that battle, but then I saw this video it just melted my heart! I wonder if his name is Julian.
A quick Beatles fact: “Hey Jude” was meant to be “Hey Jules”, but McCartney changed the name because he thought “Jude” was an easier name to sing.

The concert was really fun. David Lee Roth’s timing was off for almost the entire show, and Wolfie lost the rhythm a couple times, but over all it was neat to see them all playing together. After a solo with Eddie and Wolfie, Eddie kissed him on the cheek. I thought it was just so sweet.
I did notice a couple things about Eddie. He was wearing his wedding ring. They actually just finalized their divorce a couple weeks ago, even though they have been separated for almost 7 years. I also noticed him wearing a locket around his next which appeared to be a picture of Valerie in it. I’ve looked around the internet and haven’t seen anything about it, so I’m really curious. Maybe he’s still just in love with her.
Eddie and Alex played like they did 25 years ago. It was pretty amazing to see them still going strong. We had a really great time singing along to all the songs, and playing air guitar. HA!
