Either in business or in the home there may come a time when you need projector rentals. In the home you ask? Well, a long time ago I knew this girl that used a projector that she had rented, to project Disney characters on her daughter’s bedroom wall. She then traced around the image, and later painted it. I always thought that was the most brilliant idea ever. I guess that’s why I remember it almost 7-8 years later. I know she rented hers locally in her town, but you can also rent them online at Projector123.com. So if your a business professional in need of a projector for an upcoming meeting, or a mom who wants to paint pictures on your kids bedroom wall, you can rent them easily enough. They offer high-quality LCD projectors, with FedEx delivery anywhere in the U.S., so you can rent it today, and have it tomorrow.

Jim Snyder host the Saving You Money segment on my local news channel KVBC. He’s always got great tips and advice on how to make your hard earned dollar go further. Recently he broke the story about a program called Money Merge Account, that will help you pay off your home mortgage in as little as 8 – 10 years.

It works as a checking account, and is done by automatically calculating what you can afford to pay extra on your mortgage every month, and pays the maximum amount of money to your principal, and the least amount of money on your interest. On the news story, they have been following a local home owner who is doing the program, and some of the people that work at the station have jumped on board to test the waters as well. I’ve been anxiously awaiting a follow up story on this to see how it is working out for them.

In the meantime you can use the free MMA Analysis tool to see if the program is right for you. With no obligation to join they can analyze your income, expenses and mortgage to determine how quickly you can pay off your mortgage by using the program. There is also a Sizzling Summer Promotion where you can refer others to the program and make $100. It’s a very interesting concept, and worth checking out.

My day started off a little better than other days. My blogging friend Tricia told me that mornings are always harder, because your muscles are stiffer from not moving all night long. That is usually when I have the most pain, but this morning was better.

Michael went to get my car today, and I’m so happy we are able to get it. He almost forgot that he was suppose to take proof of car insurance to the bank with him. We remembered at the last minute, thank goodness.

We have a small life insurance policy that is offered through his job, and since we are not homeowners we don’t have home insurance. But our car insurance is a killer! Every 6 months when we renew our policy it goes up. Not by much, maybe $10.00 for the whole time, but still! That is going to add up after awhile. I really just don’t understand why it constantly goes up each time.

We went out shopping today and please someone we need a couple loans now! We spent way too much money than we should have, and a personal loan would come in real handy right now.

But no really, we bought things we needed, we just haven’t been able to stock up lately, but Michael got paid, and my Paypal account is so sweet right now, that we figured now was the time. We went to Trader Joe’s and got all the nuts, dried fruit, my organic bread that I am addicted to, and the black cherry juice that Michael loves. About that time I knew we were in the need of a secured loan, but we kept going. Next stop sushi for lunch. Who spends $40 bucks for lunch? UGH! It was good though.

Then the dreaded Walmart. I ran out of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, the little scruby things that go on my toilet brush, Swiffers, Dawn, and all that stuff that seems to run out at the same time. And everyone knows the cheapest place to buy these kind of products in the Walmart hell store, so we had no choice.

Once we found a place to park, we sat in the car, almost as if to psych ourselves into a state where we could go in there with no homicidal thoughts. It worked! I actually was happy in a that store for a change! I just smiled and strolled my way through the store. It was amazing what a little zen psych can do for a person.

I shopped and shopped until my cart was overflowing, and I was even sucked into their latest Pirates of the Caribbean promotional items. I got myself a pajama set; a black tank, and melon colored booty shorts, with the movie logo on them. So cute! I also bought two pair of pajama shorts that read “Pirate Booty” across the, you guessed it, the booty. Now where’s that debt consolidation loan I was asking for before?

Congratulations - the IRS has accepted your federal tax return. However, you’re not quite finished!

I wrote about the trouble with the Intuit Servers crashing on Tuesday, so this is good news. YAY!!!!! Now I just need to print out the certain stuff we need, and get it all sent in. I can’t wait until our giant refund of $300 bucks comes! LOL! I promise I won’t spend it all in one place ;)
