There are days when I just want to rip my hair out, just like today, but then of course I come to my senses and realize how much I love my hair. Hair loss is a devastating disease that effects people mentally just as much as it does physically.

I can’t imagine how I would feel if huge chunks of hair started falling out. Fortunately there is a place for help and it’s called the American Hair Loss Association. They also have a blog where you can read daily stories and updates.

I’ve been sick pretty much all week with a cough, sore throat, and a stuffy nose. Then to top it off, I threw my back out and was flat out in bed last night, up until about noon today. I decided to get up and move to the couch, and I’ve been sucking down the Ibuprofen and watching movies. My back is still a little stiff, but it’s not the sharp shooting pains I was having yesterday. My cold seems to be going away also.

Michael and I got into a small tiff Wednesday night, and then I was sick, so he brought me home these GORGEOUS Starfighter Lillies Thursday night and two bottles of NyQuil. The nighttime formula and the daytime formula. He got a small nudge from a friend to do something nice for me, so he went with it. I owe her one. LOL!

This type of lily has one of the most fragrant scents. The minute you walk in our house the fragrance just fills your nostrils. I love them, and I love him. Even though I want to choke him at times, he’s still a wonderful man.

In fact, those flowers made me so happy that I actually let him go and GAMBLE with his friend in the casinos today! HAHA!

I’m back on the Chantix because apparently I wasn’t ready to be off them. I went a little “coo coo for cocoa puffs” yesterday, and bought a pack of smokes. I smoked a few, and got so sick and violently ill that I didn’t go to work today. Tomorrow will be better.

It’s so weird to think that it’s 6:30PM and still daylight here. It looks as if it will be at least 7:30 until the sun is completely down.

I sold 6 books today on my Amazon book store. I’m having so much fun listing and selling them. I currently have 144 listed, and quite a few more boxes to go through. After awhile, I am going to take the ones down I haven’t sold, and have a book sale in my driveway. Then whatever is left over I will give to Safe Nest, a battered woman and children’s home here in Las Vegas.

Oh yeah! I forgot I had a blog. Ooops! Well how’s it going people??!! I’m on day 33 of not smoking. I cheated last Friday night and had one while we were at a friends house hanging out and drinking. It tasted horrible, and I wanted to puke.

I only took the Chantix for 4.5 weeks. I wanted to see what happened when I went off it, and I was fine. No cravings, no craziness. LOL! I guess I am really an ex-smoker. Cool and crazy!

I’m a big girl now. Literally! I’m gaining weight like crazy. HA! I had to change my eating habits real fast! Hopefully the weight will fall off as quickly as it came on.

Work it girl….move that body…let’s get physical!
