Have you guys tried the High Fiber Soups from Progresso yet? I tried them for the first time when I went to the Betty Crocker Kitchens at General Mills, and they are really yummy! All the Progresso soups have 28% of the recommended Daily Value of fiber per serving (7 grams) and have no added MSG* or artificial flavors. The new varieties include Chicken Tuscany, Creamy Tomato Basil, Hearty Vegetable and Noodles and Homestyle Minestrone.

I get my fiber by eating whole grains like brown rice, oatmeal and whole wheat bread. I also eat fruit and vegetables that are rich in fiber like blueberries, strawberries and apples. Dried figs are a great source of fiber too! I also love beans.

FIBER CEREAL, VEGGIES, FRUIT, WHOLE GRAINS!
Since my family likes pasta, I have substituted the higher fiber varieties.
When making mashed potatoes, I don’t peel them. Leaving the skins on adds fiber. (Ditto when I make anything with apples)
I get more fiber in my diet by eating whole grainn bread.
I try to incorporate more fiber in my diet by eating Fiber One products and lots of whole wheat and whole grain breads!

Roasted Pumpkin seeds are a great treat!
Bake at 200 for 2 hours- add a little spice for extra flavor!

I make and eat several things with coconut flour which is extremely high in fiber. I also regularly eat beans and lentils use only whole grain bread and macaroni.
We eat lots of beans and peas. Pintos and black beans are chock full of fiber and protein.

I give them vits everyday.
I make bran muffins and freeze them and then have one a day.
I eat high fiber cereals in the morning to kick off my fiber intake for the day. I do try to find things with added fiber in them. I’m glad Progresso has done this, I love hot soups in the winter.
