pledge_multi_surface I recently had the chance to try out the new Pledge Multi Surface Cleaner, and I just love, love, love it. I can take one can into any room of my house and use it on every surface in there. You can use it on wood, glass, mirrors, granite, electronics, wood laminate, stainless steel, plastics, marble, chrome, and many more. I love it so much I want to share it with you, and here’s how.

The Dirt on Your Cleaning Style

Unexpected guests ring your doorbell, you…

  1. Think, “No problem, my house is clean…it always is.”
  2. Quickly toss a few scattered clothes into a basket on your way to the door.
  3. See your spouse/significant other/roommate quickly putting things away and say “How can I help you?”
  4. Think to yourself, “This place is such a mess. I’ll pretend I’m not home.”

When you get home from work, you…

  1. Pull out your bathroom cleaning supplies because today is “bathroom cleaning day.”
  2. Pick up your clutter as you move about the house.
  3. See your spouse/significant other/roommate cleaning so you grab a dust rag to help.
  4. Decide to leave the cleaning for the weekend.

  1. Often – I designate different rooms to clean during the week.
  2. Daily – I pickup throughout the day.
  3. Whenever my spouse/significant other/roommate tells me to clean.
  4. At least often as possible.

Do you enlist the help of your spouse/significant other/roommate when you clean?

  1. No, I do it myself so the cleaning gets done the way I like it.
  2. Sometimes, when I need help.
  3. No, my mate is always the first to start cleaning. I jump in afterwards.
  4. I usually let him or her do the cleaning.

What kind of cleaner are you? If you answered:

  • Mostly 1s – You’re a routine cleaner. You have a set system and schedule when it comes to cleaning.
  • Mostly 2s – You’re an on-the-go cleaner. You pick up clutter daily as you move from room to room.
  • Mostly 3s – You’re a follow-the-leader cleaner. You clean however and whenever directed by your spouse/significant other/roommate.
  • Mostly 4s – You’re an avoider cleaner. You clean only when necessary, such as before guests arrive.
