The nice people at Ulysses Press contacted me a few months back about one of my photos on Flickr of my cat climbing the Christmas tree. They wanted permission to use it in their new book coming out LOLcats: Teh Most Funyest, Cutest Internet Kittehs.

At first I didn’t think too much about it, but as time passed, and I got my contract/waiver in the mail last week it all started to sink in that my cat was actually going to be in this book! I’m pretty excited about it and so is she.

After telling her about the book, the fame is starting to go to her head a little bit. She’s getting very finicky and snotty and thinks her poop doesn’t stink. But let me tell you. I clean your liter box everyday and yes princess, your poop does indeed stink.

Here’s the picture they chose to use, although I don’t know what the caption will be until the book comes out. Maybe you can make one up in my comments.
