Yesterday morning I took my oldest son Johnathan down to audition for a teen pilot starting in the fall. There is a lot of waiting to be had at auditions so we spent some time just hanging out and talking. I got this picture of him practicing his lines in the mirror. I thought it was pretty cool. He’s pretty serious about the whole thing.
Oh, auditions can be found through its own shortage of places, this a good idea. ![]()

I hope he gets it. A friend of mine tried acting, but gave up after some time. Her heart was not in it. If his is, he’ll get somewhere.

How cool!

Great picture! How’d it go, has he heard anything back yet? Auditioning is rough, and it can take years before you get a break. Tell him to keep at it if he really wants to be an actor.

We just saw a friend of our daughters from preschool unexpectedly on a tv commercial. It just completely took us by surprise. My daughter was very excited to say the least! Because of TIVO, we could keep rewinding it and she had us doing that for about 15 minutes.
We wish you the best! Look forward to hearing how things work out!
