It’s the end of another year, and man did this one go by fast for me. I really wish there was a way to slow them down. I guess that’s good though. I’m enjoying life so much I don’t want it to pass by quickly, right? Shrugs…I dunno.
So, back to my question. How are you planning on spending New Years Eve? We’ve got big plans of a picnic in bed, champagne toast at midnight, and a marathon game of Little Big Planet.

We’re going out for lunch and afterwords we’ll have an open buffet with Chinese foods and playing lots of games. Toast at midnight and one of the new movies tomorrow.
Have a Very Happy and Healthy New Year!
Daria – that sounds like a wonderful evening
Champagne toast?? That sounds….Gross lol. We just stayed up until past midnight on the computers, same thing we did last year – Boring and lame I know. Today (Jan1) we are going to his dads for lunch though, so its something.

I worked until a short time ago, when my phone needed recharging. Lots and lots of people wanting to know that 2009 would be better than 2008.

Hope you had a great time. It does seem that every year keeps going by faster and faster. I guess that’s why we all have to live life to the fullest and not take it for granted.

witchypoo – so what was the verdict? Is this year going to be better?
Nash – that’s exactly right!
This is what we did: invited some other families over i the afternoon for a Pot Luck with the intention of all going to downtown Westerly for first night and hope the little kids made it until 9 for fireworks. Instead, families came over at beginning of blizzard and stayed until 12:30 am as all downtown festivities cancelled. The 2-3 year olds were out about 10:30 on the couch and 4-5 year old made it until midnight! Our First family game night and it was a blast
