I have good memories of my childhood Thanksgiving celebrations. We always had dinner at our house and my Grandparents would come over. We’d watch the Macy’s Parade, and football games, and eat the traditional meal. Since there was only two kids, my brother and I, we never had a kid table to deal with.
Were you the kid at the kid table who wanted to sit with the adults?

Happy Thanksgiving to all my blogging buddies. I hope your day is filled with great food and family.

It’s funny you know, when my kids were small I thought they’d be thrilled to have their own special party table – but now they’re adults they tell me they wanted to be with the grownups… who’d a thunk it?

Happy Thanksgiving! With only my sister and I, we never had a kids table either. We learned a lot of family gossip sitting with the adults!

We always had to sit at the kids table. Maybe that is why I am such a nerd at wanting everyone to sit together. I need a huge table some years.

There so cute eating all together as a family you don’t see that to often anymore.

We DID have a kid table and I did have to sit there. I will never forget the transition. It was like graduating high school or stepping from kidhood to adulthood. Ahhh, the memories….Now, my own kids get to sit there, trying their hardest to listen a table over….
