PPP/IZEA has been a godsend for me, in more ways than one. Because of them I have hooked up with several advertisers and freelancer positions that enable me to stay at home with my four year old and two year old, while making enough income to make our lives so much nicer. Needless to say, I’d love to be a part of the promotion crew!

I know what the Insider does from the original post on the izea blog. What do the people on the crew do, or, what does being on a crew do for the crew member? What’s expected of a crew member? If you don’t go on a team you’re invited to join do you get assigned to one, meaning should I be glad I could have (as my 12 yr old says) one of the cool teachers and not a different one?

valmg – although like I said it’s still kind of unclear until I get my contract this is my assumption of my crew members:

The crew members are just going to help me promote IZEA and get new members to sign up.

About once a month I’ll give you some swag to giveaway on your blog recruiting new members.

I’ll have IZEAFest trips (Orlando, FL) to give out to the crew members who get the most people, etc.

Not all “posties” need to be on a crew, it’s just up to you if you want to be on and which crew you want.
