Ted Murphy from IZEA has seen first hand what an online community can do to help promote his business, so he’s taking this idea one step further. He’s currently on the search for 10 people to hold the title of IZEA Insider. These 10 people will be responsible for creating Crews underneath them to help promote all the features of IZEA, including PayPerPost and SocialSpark.
As an IZEA Insider you won’t be left alone in your quest for world domination either. He is offering you swag to help you promote the IZEA brand, and MONEY to help get you to all the cool blogging conferences out there like Blog World Expo and IZEA Fest, formally known as PostieCon.

Here I am at PostieCon telling everyone how awesome IZEA is. Just look at the conviction in my eyes.
Here I am rallying a group of mommy bloggers to become Posties. I even got that bald guy, that sexy woman from British Columbia. ,and that mommy blogger in the background of this picture to become Posties that night. No really…they were not posties before this event!
I even get my husband involved in the recruitment process. ” So you wanna be a Postie? Let me lick the IZEA love all over you.” That shit works!
Even Ted loves him.
See??? I’m perfect for this job! Ted needs me for this job. I’ve got a proven background in internet marketing and this blog gets some serious traffic and some serious comments on a daily basis. I’m a Twitter junkie, and I’ve still got my MySpace that I created to promote the PayPerPost Wedding. Yes, that same wedding contest that STILL has the most post in a single thread on the IZEA message board.
Plus…I just love me some Ted Murphy, and that should count for something man! He’s been a wonderful friend, and a great person to hang out with for the past two years.

Ted - well there is always Blog World Expo but that’s just because it’s close for me. It’s more of a social event than anything to meet people. The show floor itself is rather sad.
I think the main one I would want to hit is Interactive SXSW for the web and social media conferences, then stay throughout the week for the music and film! Anyone who’s anyone on the web is there, and just the vast amount of PEOPLE would make it a hot spot to gain more exposure for IZEA.
