		<description>Unfortunately, the back pocket of jeans is the most likely place where a tear will appear due to the stress on the fabric, not due to size, but rather to the cut of the jeans. Normally we don&#039;t see the first start of the tear, and then it gets washed, which results in what happened above.

		<description>Those are Levi&#039;s, and not too old judging from the pic.  I used to temp in the customer service dept at the Levi&#039;s plant in Henderson.  Bring them in (St Rose and Executive Airport Drive) or call 800-USA-LEVI to mail them in and they&#039;ll replace them, if they&#039;re not too old.  That kind of tear is considered a defect.</description>
