Well, that’s one week of school down. So far so good, except J.R. got a teachers detention after school with his Computer Science teacher. She told him that he types wrong, and he decided to argue with her.
Michael lost his job on Wednesday. Yeah, I freaked out. Yeah, I’m still freaking out. I spent the morning yesterday canceling medical/dental/eye appointments that I had scheduled. Then we went up to our local casino and ate at the breakfast buffet. Then we gambled. HA! Just $10 bucks though. We thought maybe we could hit the jackpot, and not have to worry about money anymore. You know, on that big $10 dollar investment we were going to be rich. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
So yeah, I’m pretty stressed out, and I’ve been worrying a lot. When I get stressed out, it manifest itself on my face. I’m breaking out all over and am in need of acne treatments. Heck, I could use a good massage also.
Everything will be all right. Everything will be all right. Everything will be all right.

I’m getting more and more house cleaning done. My main focus has just been on the inside of the house, but as the weather gets cooler I am going to focus on the outside. We’ve got a fence installation project that needs to be completed for the new puppy.
My last inside project was my closet, and boy was it a task! Almost none of my shoes were in the boxes. I just kick them off on the floor and leave them, so the pile was getting larger and larger by the day. Now they are all picked up, in the boxes, and the floor is completely empty!

The boys are in school, let the parent party begin! Don’t they look thrilled to be having their picture taken? HA!
Quick fact: Our school district is the 5th largest school district in the United States.

One year ago today I wrote about my son Justin and how he’s a big street skater. He’s not just into skateboarding, but he’s also into the fashion that goes along with it. I can totally see him working at Zappos in the Zappos Rideshop department one day. It would be a PERFECT job for him.
Sporting the skateboarding look means having a longer hair style, and he’s been going for that look since the 3rd grade. Yes, he’s 14 yrs old and starting high school tomorrow, and he hasn’t had a haircut since the 3rd grade.
All that changed tonight….and this is my big announcement I told you about earlier. (No I’m not pregnant, and no I don’t have mesothelioma as previously asked, you weirdos)
What do you think? OMG I know I’m his mom, but I think he looks so much older, and he’s just so handsome.
Watch out freshman girls! Justin is coming to school tomorrow…breaking hearts, and taking names.
