The bosses came back from the Cayman Islands bearing gifts of rum cake. Rum cake with so much rum in it, that I would not be able to pass a breathalyzer test right now. OMG, they were del.icio.us !!!!!

I have an aunt who used to live in the Caymans (for about 10 years). She would send us one of these cakes every Christmas and I think I was the one who ate the most. And the strange thing is I was thinking about those cakes just today. Hope you liked it! I would loooooove one right now.

I got drunk off rum cake once. It was in high school and my friend made it. She was supposed to use rum extract, and didn’t. Yeah. that was a blurry day at school LOL.
