Luckily, my mood to choke a co-worker struck right around lunch time, so I was able to leave the office and get away for awhile. And what do I do when the mood strikes to choke said co worker? I go to Walgreen’s and buy ridiculous amounts of nail polish. The lady in the cosmetic department knows me by name, and probably knows my credit card number by heart.

Never in my working career have I had trouble with co-workers. In fact, I married an ex co-worker, and many of my closest friends are ex co-workers. This one is just trouble…bad bad trouble. I’m doing everything in my power to just stay away from her, and yes that includes spending money frivolously.

What would you do if the mood strikes to choke someone? (hypothetically speaking of course)

I’ve always wanted to have another baby and name him Julian after one of my favorite songs, Hey Jude. When I was pregnant with my oldest son I fought with his father for close to 6 months, trying to convince him to let me name him Julian. Obviously I lost that battle, but then I saw this video it just melted my heart! I wonder if his name is Julian.

It’s been awhile since I’ve done Cass’s Self Portrait Sunday. I’ve got a pretty cool picture of me I want to share today.

Sigh…I really wish I didn’t have FBD, but I do, and I just have to deal with all the ups and downs of it. I’m having a pretty major flare up right now, as I have three, very painful cyst. My OB/GYN decided that I needed to go to a specialist from now on, so I am now a member of the Komen Breast Care Center in Las Vegas.

It’s a beautiful office, and the staff is just wonderful. I really like my doctor, and the team they have assigned to me. I had to go for test today, and I got a professional massage before my test. It has been years since I’ve had one and it felt great! He even worked out all the knots I have up around my shoulders.

The test went well, until the ultrasound tech found a cyst I didn’t even know I had. It doesn’t hurt or anything, so I was shocked when he called in another Radiologist to look at it, then they called the head Radiologist as well. They called upstairs to my doctor, but she was in surgery, so they told me just to get dressed and someone will call me.

I had already scheduled my follow up appointment for Monday May 5th, so it’s just a waiting game at this point, unless my doctor is going to call or something. It’s nerve racking when the techs can’t tell you anything. Is it 6:00PM yet? I can’t wait for the weekend!

As I was sitting in line to get my lunch today, I looked over at this homeless man walking up to cars and begging for change. He had the typical sign that read “Homeless and Hungry” when in actuality he probably just wants weed and beer.

I mean really! If you were homeless and hungry would you set up shop on the same street corner the In N Out Burger is on? I can’t imagine sitting on the corner in front of In N Out with no money, while my stomach was growling. I can smell those burgers cooking 5 miles away! He just wants crack.
