Crazy Eights meme, blog promotion

Happy Friday! There isn’t really much going on. I’ve been busy at work, and I’m not smoking! In fact, the urges to smoke are less and less every single morning. I feel great, and I don’t want to kill myself or anyone else for that matter. I did scream an obscenity at a driver on the beltway this morning, but I did that long before I tried to quit smoking.

My mother sent me a picture of where I grew up today.

It looks pretty, but I sure don’t miss it.

I miss smoking though. HA! Day 4 today…

I quit smoking…today…and after my last cigarette I burnt the empty pack in my fireplace. I thought it was symbolic.

I hope I can do this.
