Bass Pro Shop - Las Vegas

Traffic was nuts this morning coming into work. I don’t know why I ever think it will be different, but sometimes I just wish it wouldn’t be stop and go the whole way here. I’d prefer to do 65 MPH on the freeway, not 45. But I’m here, and I made it.

After our trip to the crazy cowboy place on Sunday we went to the Bass Pro Shop. WOW! What an amazing store. I have never seen so many fishing poles in one place in all my life. That place is massive and there was so much to look at. From all the camping equipment, the guns, and the boats, to the real animals they have stuffed all over. They even had a giraffe. It’s a very cool store, and I suggest you check it out if you have one by you.

Looks very cool. All the animals and fishing poles etc, remind me of the L.L. Bean store in Freeport Maine.

They have a moosehead so huge, you’d be scared to death to see it.
It’s a real head too, the size of a toyota…LOL
I’m not kidding!
If his head is that big, I can only imagine how big his body was.
It used to scare the crap outta me when I was a kid.

Moose are GIGANTIC! I remember seeing one when I was a kid, but I can’t remember where now.

I’ve never seen a giraffe in real life. I couldn’t believe how GIGANTIC that thing was.

Hi Nina. That is the one we went to at the Silverton. Michael is in So Cal with a group from work doing a 8000 meter marathon. I think he is sleeping right now as they have to be up at 4:30AM.

We’re doing well. I’m back to work, so we’re catching up!
