My work day is over and I have a meatloaf in the oven. I know, I know, meatloaf has such a bad rap doesn’t it? But I’m telling you, I make the best meatloaf around. Well at least my family thinks so, and that’s all that counts right? Except it’s just two of us tonight, Justin and I. Michael is in California on a work outing, and JR is at his friends house for the night. I think I will set the table with candles, just for the two of us.

I love meatloaf!! Send me the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! 
I don’t know why meatloaf has such a bad rap… I like meatloaf! I don’t want it ALL THE TIME, but add some potatoes, and I’m a happy camper.
I want the recipe cause I’ve never made meatloaf
It’s super easy Marcus! ground beef, progresso bread crumbs (I like the garlic flavor), salt, pepper, one egg, any other spices that sound good that you have, and mix it all up. I add mozerella cheese to the middle of it, then roll it up, brush it with ketchup and bake at 350 for an hour.
