It’s probably too late now, but we had a quick and easy meal! Buy one of those pre cooked pot roast things in your deli case (ours are with the hot dogs and such) and shred the meat into a frying pan. Add in a cup of sweet peppers and some cooked peppers and onions (you can buy those in a jar here) and 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce, some garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, then cook for 15 minutes on med. Serve the meat mixture on a sandwich roll and a slice of provolone cheese. So easy, and SO good!

Oh it is too late, but that sounds good. I will try that tomorrow I grabbed some fresh cheese tortellini, and a jar of red sauce.

Hi Julie, I just did a post on where to have dinner at my area! And I told myself that I’ll cook this whole week too, so far so good, but then again it’s only Tuesday LOL

Lisa ~ I ended up getting some precooked cheese tortellini’s then pouring some jar sauce over them, with garlic bread.

I promised the kids, I would cook all week this week also. We had Tuna Noodles tonight. Super easy if you like tuna.
