I'm in the middle of an issue with Paypal myself. I lost my paypal debit and asked for a new one. They sent me another card, I couldn't activate it. I called them and they told me that the new one had been reported lost or stolen, so they are sending me ANOTHER card which I am still waiting for. Congrats on your marriage! Paypal is so slow with lots of things, and I've been there done that. I know your concerns and worries. Chances are, they received it, and its sitting on someones desk amongst a pile of TO DO stuff that at some point they will finally get to, but not any sooner than you've permanently had your name changed, had a new drivers license, social security card and credit cards reissued in your brand new name, entered witness protection and been listed on the missing person list.
