I went to the Dollar Tree and to Walmart this morning after I dropped off Justin at school. On the way home I noticed a police helicopter circling the neighborhood next to mine. As I got closer to my house, I saw a car, up and over the neighborhood entrance, up and over the community sign, and smashed into a block wall, dangling half way in someones back yard.

There was no one in the car, but there were at least 20 police cars I saw, and tons of cops running around, hoping walls and looking through bushes. Obviously whoever smashed their car into this wall, got out and ran, so the cops were looking for them. I can’t imagine why they would run, unless they were drunk at 10AM. It is Las Vegas after all, so I guess that’s possible.

I came home and flipped on the TV, but there is no live coverage, so I guess I will have to wait until the news at noon to see what was going on. I sure hope they caught the person, and they are not running around my neighborhood now. I made sure all the doors were locked. You know, just in case.
