So much for my drivers license today. As I was rinsing my hair color out in the shower, I looked down at the site of where the doctor aspirated my cyst, and it was bright red, swollen, and hot to the touch. I immediately called the doctor, who said it was most definitely infected, and he started me on an antibiotic called Dicloxacillin. I need to monitor my temperature, and call him if it reaches 101 or over. Currently I am holding at a 99.7. And guess what?! I have 4 days for the infection to clear up, or no surgery. Oh I wish he would have never done it now!
