LyricWiki I do a lot of searching online for lyrics when I hear a song, or I’m trying to remember who sang a song, or the title. There are a couple of pretty extensive web sites online that have a huge collection, but the banner ads, and popup ads, start to get really annoying after awhile. I came across LyricWiki, and got really excited. It’s free, no ads blowing up in my face, and there is already 214,792 pages of lyrics. Sweet! This one gets bookmarked, and I will be visiting often.

Great idea!
However I tried accessing the site and it seems to be down at the moment.
I will try them back again in the afternoon.

Does someone actually sit down and listen to a song and write down the lyrics word by word?
