When I was shopping for Justin’s 13th birthday, I wrote a short blog entry about the trouble I had with Best Buy’s in-store pickup service. Shortly after posting that, Andrew LaVallee from the Wall Street Journal was doing some research online, for a story he was writing, and he came across my blog post. We talked, and he interviewed me, and the article was published today.

I’m not sure why I was a “Ms.” instead of a “Mrs.” but I guess it’s irrelevant to the story.
