My cabinets in my kitchen, are little, and dark. When they are loaded up with items, it is almost impossible to see anything in there, and I am constantly taking things out to see what is in the very back. I store all my canned goods in my pantry, but it’s the spice cabinet that is giving me the most grief.
We use spices in everything we make, and we use a wide variety. I have to keep my spices right next to my stove for easy access. Those little jars can get lost in there, and it makes it so hard when you are in the middle of cooking up your favorite dish, and you have to fumble for just the right spice. Imagine my surprise when I found this little DIY’er hack for kitchen cabinets today!
Here is my before picture, and after picture. (click to enlarge)
No more hiding out there ground sage. I can see you now, you tasty little beast.

Otherwise I can see everything at the same time!!! YAY!!! I hope this will prevent us from buying six bottles of vanilla extract ![]()
No worries baby. It’s just pushed back to the side for picture purposes ![]()

Wow, it’s like little bleachers for spices, I love it
LOL! It is when you say it that way! HA!
I’m totally drooling over those…what an awesome idea. My spices are in a very odd space, and drove me crazy until I finally thought to get a lazy susan (or three) for them. No more running out of corriander but thinking I have it, and finding out there are 4 bottles of basil! YAY!
Wow, the before and after pictures really make for a dramatic effect.
