I went on a baking spree today. Something I tend to do about once a month for some unknown reason. I made a pineapple upside down cake, because I had a pineapple that was in desperate need of consumption before it went bad. I created this jello pudding, cherry filling, sugar cookie crust, pie looking thing, that taste a thousand times better than it looks. It’s currently in the freezer for the night to see if it will set better. And I made 4 loaves of banana bread. Two with walnuts, and two sans walnuts.
Here’s a picture of my loaves of banana bread. I tried to capture the final product before the mob devoured them, but the smell of banana bread baking in the oven for 45 minutes had them hanging out in the kitchen all.day.long. What’s the best way to have a conversation with your teenagers for longer than 2 minutes? Put some banana bread in the oven, and wait in the kitchen.

That looks delicious. I’ve been wanting bake lately too but I’m on weight watchers and I just can’t do that to myself!
Stay strong! There is nothing fat free about anything I made today
