Hey all, let’s pretend for a bit tonight, shall we? Let’s say you have a 13 year old boy. He’s a social butterfly, and has many friends, girls included. In fact, girls flock around him. We’re not sure if it’s his bad boy look, or his skateboard, but they love him, and he loves them back! He is very respectful of woman, because of course his mother instilled this in him at a young age. No matter how his bio father is, we think we’ve shown him how to treat women properly.
Okay. Are you still with me?
Now let’s say you are doing said 13 year olds laundry and you find a condom in his pocket. You look at the calender and make sure it’s not April’s Fools Day still. You look for hidden cameras in the house thinking you are the next star of said 13 year olds YouTube video. You find nothing and realize that life with a teen has just hit you smack in the jaw.

I’d secretly feel proud that he at least has a condom in his possession, because it means he’s listening to what someone is saying about responsibilty.

According to him, his friends had some he had taken from his older brother, and he gave one to him also. They put them in their pockets. I think he’s more on the “cool” factor of having it, rather than the “I will need” this factor. Wishful thinking of hormones maybe?
