Has anyone used Best Buy’s online store, and picked up your items at the actual store? Last week I ordered Justin his birthday presents, and I didn’t think they would arrive in time if I had them shipped. I choose the in store pickup option. I got an email saying everything was in stock and ready to pick up. I’m glad I didn’t leave to the store that very minute, because about 30 minutes later another email arrived saying that part of my order was at another store. So instead of them transferring my items to all one store, I have to go to two different ones, on the opposite ends of town, to get my completed order. Never again.

Jeff had a horrible experience buying online for instore pickup! He waited in the store for more than an hour … it was crazy. He called and complained and got a $25 gift certificate. That’s better than nothing … but still very poor customer service!!
