Put down the fad diet book, and throw away the diet supplements. The root of the weight problem with so many people is that they just don’t eat right. When we went over our budget this weekend we decided to add in more fruits and vegetables into our diet. For one, they are generally very cheap to buy, and for two, they are just plain good for you. I’m going to be watching the grocery market sales fliers that come in the mail on Wednesday’s, and hit the stores that are having the best sales on fruits and vegetables.

I just bought a bunch of fruit at the grocery store yesterday– strawberries, grapes, pineapple, apples, and…. something else I don’t remember. Not so much for vegetables as I don’t like many of those lol but I’m trying!
