Now this movie, Little Miss Sunshine kept me wide awake, and laughing so hard my stomach hurt. I just love dark comedies, and this one has to be one of the better ones I have ever seen. We liked it so much we put it on the list to buy it. Everyone of the characters brought something to this movie in their own way, so it’s hard to pick out my favorite. I love the brother Frank played by Steve Carell, but I truly think that the Grandfather played by Alan Arkin totally stole the show. He’s a heroin snorting addict, that got kicked out of his retirement home, and had to come live with his daughter Cheryl, played by Toni Collette. Olive, played by Abigail Breslin, was just adorable and such a fantastic actress. I don’t want to give too much away if you haven’t seen it, so I’m going to stop there. Have you seen it?
