As you probably already know we are starting to look at condos online. There really is a big market here in Las Vegas, and I was quite surprised. Unfortunately most of them are not within the school district that my kids are in. This is a housing market here, and there are not that many condos. I’m still going to be looking though. During my online search I got curious about condos in other parts of the country. I wondered what amenities they had, and how much they cost. I actually found some really nice Denver Colorado condos, of all places. Some of the luxury condos and penthouses are just amazing! They are so big and totally gorgeous. I can only imagine the view from the balconies looking out over the Rocky Mountains is breathtaking to say the least. I would love to live in a high rise condo in the city, but with teenagers, we need to stick in the suburbs for now.

We are looking at three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a large kitchen. I also think I want something on the ground floor with an attached garage. I would like a little older one that has mature trees and landscaping throughout the property also. I don’t want something brand new with no greenery around it. It sure is fun looking at them all, even if they are not in the exact location I need.
