When we lived in California we had a portable basketball hoop and the boys loved it. They would always be outside shooting hoops, and playing H-O-R-S-E. That game was the one that always got me out there to play with them. I love playing that game, and I truly miss doing that with them. We had to give that portable basketball hoop to our neighbors, because it just wouldn’t fit in the moving truck. We had forgotten about it completely, and when we did our last walk-thru we realized we had forgotten it. Our neighbors scored!

Now the boys have to go down to the junior high school to shoot hoops, and I wish we had another basketball hoop here at home so they wouldn’t be away from home. This time around I would like to get in-ground basketball equipment though. The portable ones also seem to get just trashed from moving them around. Our HOA doesn’t allow them to be left int he street, so when the neighbor kids want to play they have to drag it out to play, then drag it back when they are done. They just don’t seem to stand up to their “portable” name.

These in-ground basketball equipment hoops are really functional. You can adjust the height so the little kids in your family can slam dunk just like Shaq. This basketball hoop will make you the envy of all your neighbors, and all their kids will be at your house playing.
