I have to get Michael into the doctor for test to see if he has sleep apnea, and then get apnea treatments if he does have it. The cause is the obstruction of the free flow of air through the passages at the back of the mouth and nose. When I read about the symptoms I am fairly certain he has sleep apnea.
He has all three of these, and is constantly saying during the day how tired he is even though he gets 10 hours of sleep. I have heard of the machines they use for treatment called CPAP machines, and they are known to be very helpful. CPAP is an acronym for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. This machine delivers air into your airway through a specially designed nasal mask or masks, which helps with the flow of oxygen.
We really need to check into these treatments. He needs a good nights rest, and so do I!

Hi, you need to change CRAP to CPAP. Just a little typo

With those symptoms, I’d guess a doctor would have him do a sleep study to test for sleep apnea. A sleep study will also help determine what level of apnea he has, if any, and the level the CPAP will be set at.
