Well today went okay I guess. I had some of my test done that the doctor ordered from the other day. The mammogram was horrible because the tissue is so sore. I even shed a tear. I normally take ibuprofen an hour before I get them done, and I totally spaced it. Not a good thing. After that I had my ultrasound done and the technician told me I won the prize for the largest cyst she had ever seen. 5 cm on the right. Yay! I didn’t feel so celebratory as she did. *Eyeroll* It took her about an hour to locate and measure all of them, but I think she did a good job. Better than other techs I have had doing this, even though I didn’t find anything fun about it. I then went and had all my blood work done. I think they sucked the life out of me in that syringe, because I came home and crashed until it was time to pick up my mother and Leo at the airport.

They had a good flight from Denver, although the plane was packed with people partying she said. Everyone is coming to town for the NBA All-Star Game and the airport was packed with college team players from all over the US. I didn’t recognize any of them because I don’t keep up with college b-ball, but they are not hard to spot since they are all 7 feet tall and they have a hottie tucked under their arm. I saw a couple signing autographs so they must be the popular ones.

I dropped them off at their hotel and then headed home to find Michael finally cleaning the loft so my mother has a place to sleep when Leo goes back to his skiing. He took about 34980238490238 paintings to the garage and he still has another 39248903 to go, along with all the supplies that go along with being an artist. Hopefully by the time she comes here on Sunday that room will be a nice and relaxing place for her.
