It’s that time again for Cass’s Self Portrait Sunday. I took Justin and two of his friends to the high school to skate. I had to wait for them while they did a quick scan for security before I left. Yes, it’s probably not good to let them skate there when I know it’s not allowed, but for gosh sakes this city needs a skate park for these kids to go to!
So I snapped a picture on my way home with my camera phone. There is so much sun light it looks like I have no face! LOL! Now Billy Idol’s song, “Eyes Without A Face” is running through my head.

Every town should have a skate park as well as other places for kids that age to hang out. They aren’t old enough to get into the 18 and older clubs, they’re too old to hang out at Chuck E Cheese. Everyone always complains “oh these kids cause trouble,” but no one wants to give them a place to go to stay out of trouble. (okay I ranted there, that’s always been a big pet peeve for me)
