Inventor of Top Ramen Dies Top Ramen has to be the best ever food! It’s cheap and my kids love it as an after school snack. I like to make it and drain the water just to eat the noodles. Michael likes to put an egg in his. Whichever way you like it, the inventor of our cheap lunch food, Momofuku Ando has died at 96 years old last week. That’s as sad as if the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese guy died. Can you imagine our lives without these foods? Even if you’re poor as hell you could still scrounge up 10 cents for a pack of Top Ramen.

All us middle income people would starve without these things! Very sad news indeed. I just bought a big pack of Ramen last week too. It’s a fast snack, side dish, anytime food.

That’s so sad. I love ramen.

I’ll never forget a college buddy who called it “RAY-mun”…I had no idea what she was talking about for a month. yeah, I know, I’m sloooooow. :)
