Goji Berrie Juice We’re trying to eat healthy around my house and adding more juice into our diets is our number one priority. My main liquid intake consist of water and coffee. I drink about 4 cups on coffee in the morning, and the rest of the day water. Although water is good for you, I still need to add in some juice. If nothing else than to add variety.

Have you heard of Goji Berries? They are high in antioxidants and they grow in the Tibetan and Mongolian Himalayas. And did you know that the person known to have lived longer than any other person in recorded history, Li Qing Yuen, lived to 252 years of age? History says that he at Goji berries everyday of his life. They berries are also said to increase sexual fluids and enhance fertility.

It is said to improve your general overall metabolism. Strengthen your immune system, and boost your energy. It helps regulate blood pressure, and makes your joints healthier. It is also really good for your digestive system. I need help in all these areas. Especially the energy boost. I’ve had no energy it seems all winter long, but I think it’s mainly to do with the flu and colds that have been running around in our house all winter long.
