Since we’re going to Orlando next year we should probably look into getting some Disney World Tickets. I haven’t been there in ages, and I don’t think Michael ever has. Actually the last time I was there I think I was about 11 or 12. A lot has changed since then I’m sure. I want to get the discount tickets I hear other people getting all the time. You can find some great deals on them, including package deals to all the Disney park like Disneyquest, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach Water Parks. I want to hit them all!

I just saw the video of Saddam Hussein being executed over at Justin’s blog My Life Ramblings. I didn’t want to watch it, but I just HAD to. The video quality isn’t the greatest, but it is clearly him, he was clearly hung, and he is most defiantly dead.

Go check it out. Viewer discretion is advised.

Do you think that couples counselors are a good thing to use if you are having trouble in your marriage? Do you know that I actually tried to do this once in my first marriage? We did. I made the appointment and I dragged him to the sessions. Just like Arlene Foreman said in her audio portion of her site, it will only work if both people want to be there. He denied there were any problems, and the counseling ultimately failed along with the marriage. Both of the people need to want the marriage to work or it won’t. No amount of counseling is going to make a difference.

All week we’ve been laughing and giggling at the little baby kitty running and jumping in the zappos box that my bag came in for Christmas.

“Oh look, she loves the box, how cute!”

“Oh look at her little cute paw coming out of the top.”

“Oh she found a new toy, so cute!”

Today, I was picking up around the house and I decided the box had to go so I took it out to the trash. Something was rolling around inside and I looked in only to find the DO NOT EAT – SILICA GEL bag ripped open and the contents floating around inside the box.

My heart sunk. I ran inside to tell Michael. He jumped out of his chair and we both went to find the little baby kitty. She was playing in the living room, having a good old time with one of her toys. She looks and acts totally fine, and of course we have no way of knowing if she ate any of the crystals.

I did some research and found some good information on the ASPCA web site. Did you know that Silica Gel is actually used in certain types of cat liter? No wonder she was digging and scratching at the packet to get it open.

I breathed a sigh of relief when I read this, “produces only mild stomach upset, which typically resolves with minimal to no treatment.” So we will keep an eye on her and make sure she’s okay. Crazy cat. She scared the crap outta me!

Well PayPerPost is at it again. They just keep surprising me on a daily basis. First they hire Randy Mountz from Myspace as their VP of sales, and now they have acquired Performancing.com. I love the PayPerPost model and I love to make money by blogging about things I normally would anyway.

As seen here in the press release, with the acquisition of Performancing.com comes an additional 28,000 bloggers that are currently in their database. I’m not 100% sure that I agree with this. Getting more bloggers is certainly something they need to do, but my first approach would be getting more advertisers. With tons of advertisers and opps to take, the bloggers will come, by the thousands, on a daily basis.

I’m sure bringing on Randy for this job is going to make a remarkable difference in the types and numbers of advertisers we get. The opps will only get better, and the quality of the products will only get better.

I have never personally used Performancing Metrics, but it is on my list of things to check out today. If PayPerPost thinks it’s a good idea to use it, then I am going to trust them and look into it.
