I went to the mall twice today. The first time was great, and I was in such a great mood. I was so happy the rockstartup puzzle hunt was over and I got to get out and finish up my shopping. The second time I went was horrible and it was all I could do to get through my shopping and get out of there. But I’m not going to talk about that. You made shopping with my boyz miserable and I hope you are happy with yourself. I really hate you for doing that to me. (if you even read this)

Okay, the first time I went I found everything I was looking for right away. It was so easy, and the mall was actually kind of empty. I even parked in a front row parking spot. The line to see Santa was another story though. There was so many kids and parents in line. I stopped to watch a few kids sit on Santa’s lap and it brought back so many memories of when my children were small and we did the whole Santa at the mall thing.

There was one little girl that immediately started crying the minute her mom set her on Santa’s lap. The little girl was squirming and trying to get away, so her mom stepped in and took her in her arms. They tried this for nearly 5 minutes, back and forth, and I could not help myself from laughing. Finally Santa sat down, mom literally threw the kid at him, jumped back, and Santa’s Helper took a quick picture. It was classic, and it’s making me smile just thinking about it again.
