Back in July my Sirius radio died and I called into warranty to get a new one. Well they’ve been on backorder ever since and I finally got my replacement radio today and it’s installed. I’ve had my Sirius since Valentine’s Day and I was awful lonely without it. I have it back now and I am a happy camper.
The customer service rep that helped me activate the new radio asked me if I wanted to sign on today for another year. I said that my year doesn’t come up until Feb 07, and at the time my radio broke they told me they would be extending my service for the time I missed. She kept telling me that she couldn’t extend it, blah blah blah, so I am going to be writing a letter to them soon.
The funny thing is back in October I called again to check on my warranty replacement, and they said they were going to ship me out a loaner unit. Well they never sent it. So with my new radio they sent today was another loaner unit in the box. 2 for one deal? Christmas present? UGH! She couldn’t help me and told me to call warranty. So I plan on making a call into them on Monday and I’m writing a letter since this whole thing has been a cluster of nonsense.
