When I moved to Las Vegas in 2001 it was the best time ever! We sold our house in Southern California, and bought a house 4 times as big here in Las Vegas for 1/2 the price. At that time the Las Vegas real estate was an amazing buy for people like me from Los Angeles.

I lost that house in my stupid divorce, and there are still times when I write my check for rent that I just get disgusted and wish I had played my cards better. As great as that time was there are still really good incentives for people to move here like paid closing cost, free upgrades, and down payment assistance. Come to Las Vegas, it’s a great place to get a fresh start on life.
