Getting ready for my wedding has been so much fun. I mean it’s been stressful, don’t get me wrong, but all in all it’s been fun. We have our wedding planner, Britt, who has taken care of so many details for us. I know the wedding day is going to be perfect.

We just did the proposal, well the official proposal yesterday. Michael got down on one knee and said, “will you marry me?” I said “yes.” Yes that’s it. Short and sweet. We’ve talked about it for so long and we both want to get married so there was really no need for anything more formal than that.

Tomorrow night we are going to go look for a mens wedding ring for Michael. I would love to get matching ones but the ones that look best with my engagement ring won’t look good on him. So I’m going to let him pick out his favorite and I will do the same. Wedding jewelry is so fun to look at, and online especially. I can’t tell you how many wedding bands we have looked at today! I think we have a pretty good idea of what we want though and I’m excited to go out tomorrow night shopping!
