Apparently I did not know how to buy down bedding when I bought my pillow because it really didn’t hold up as long as I thought it should. After looking through their FAQ’s I realized that washing it with regular detergent probably made it fall apart like it did. I should have paid more attention like I did when I was trying to wash Michael’s down jacket. You are suppose to use a special soap made just for down.
