As scary as that was I can’t imagine how scary it would have been if my test came back positive. The waiting for the test results is by far one of the hardest things about it. The thoughts that go through your mind can just tear you apart inside.

Hey folks, I know how that feels. And when my tests came back they were positive. That’s the lowest point you can reach.

The good news is that it’s upwards and onwards from there.

Unless you’re very unlucky, there is one helluva lot that can be done to beat the dastardly Big C and move on through it to get on with your life.

One of the worst parts of this scare is that you feel so isolated. However, all you need to do to resolve that one is to talk to other women who have been there and got the T-shirt. That’s what saved my sanity and it has worked ever since.

The other thing that has saved my sanity is my sense of humour, which many folks know about already. That’s why I set up my blog here:

http:/www.CancerComicStrip.blogspot.com

Quite a few others find that a source of a few relaxing, relieving laughs too.

Join us if you want to! (I don’t make any money out of it, by the way - it’s purely a sharing thing.)
