Is anyone in the Austin real estate market and ready to buy a house? Alcan Properties has a pretty sweet deal for buyers. They offer 1.5% rebates to anyone who buys their home with them. They think that realtors make too much money with the 6% commission and they are willing to split that with you! I wonder if they have family in Las Vegas that is in the real estate business. That’s a really good deal and I would love to find a realtor with the same attitude as they have towards home buying.
