Damn, I had the sniffles all weekend and this morning I woke up all stuffed up, and coughing. I can’t be getting sick!
It’s official! Vandal is a GIRL! I won the bet and Michael has to do the dishes for a week!
Although if he would have won it would have been fun

J.R. will be getting his driving permit in a month and we’ve been looking into drives education programs for him. I remember when I took Drivers Ed when I was 15. The car we used was like the PE coach’s family car, and we only got to drive for maybe 10 minutes out of the day because two other classmates were in the car with you and we had to take turns. One false move and the rumors were all over school by that afternoon. It was better than sitting in the classroom though. We got to get outside and drive to the “big city” for some real driving experience.
I found this program Drivers Ed Direct that offers it’s driving course in California, Florida and Nevada, so it would be perfect for J.R. The interactive technology of it is so up to date, and would really suit his learning style. I like how they use gas-electric hybrid vehicles and teach the importance of social responsibility and caring for the environment. Also it makes me feel safer to know he will be driving a car with air bags, something we didn’t have in cars when
I was a young driver. I’m sure he will get the best training possible and be ready to get out on the road in his own car. YIKES! It’s still a scary thought though.

Today is Vandal’s first trip to the kitty doctor. We have a bet between all of us in the house because we’re not quite sure what Vandal’s gender is
